Join cellist Tamar Sagiv for an intimate solo performance at the historic Thomas Cole National Historic Site, set against the stunning backdrop of the Catskill Mountains. The program features Bach’s First and Sixth Cello Suites, alongside two pieces from Sagiv’s upcoming debut album Roots and Shades of Mourning, out August 8 on Sono Luminus Records.

Enjoy an evening where baroque and contemporary works resonate in the very landscape that inspired Thomas Cole. Bring chairs, blankets, and a bottle of wine to relax among the site’s historic gardens and experience classical music in a truly timeless setting.

Thomas Cole National Historic Site

The Thomas Cole National Historic Site is the former home of Hudson River School of Art founder, Thomas Cole. Located in the village of Catskill, the house, called Cedar Grove, and Cole's studio are open for tours, events, and workshops throughout the year.
