Learn to Grow Ginseng
Join us on Thursday, October 2, 4: 30-8pm for an evening workshop on growing American Ginseng. Learn the essentials of ginseng botany, site selection, planting, harvesting, and marketing. The program includes a hands-on outdoor activity where participants will have the chance to plant ginseng themselves. This workshop is perfect for those exploring alternative forest income opportunities or anyone interested in growing small quantities for personal use. Seeds will be available for purchase. Please dress for the weather.
