Holiday Spectacular

Mountain Top talent takes center stage on December 19th at 6:30 pm for the 4th Annual Holiday Spectacular. Launched at the Orpheum Performing Arts Center in 2021 and held at the Doctorow Center for the Arts for the past two years, the show has grown so popular that director Cara Dantzig is bringing the production back to the larger OPAC stage to welcome even more performers and fans.

This year’s lineup features a joyful mix of elementary-age singers and dancers, the Green Room Players’ Songbirds community choir, specialty acts, and standout soloists. Returning favorites include Chicki Basil, back for her fourth year, Gabagooligan’s Kat Wood stepping up for a holiday croon, the Goodrich Family with a festive Alvin and the Chipmunks skit, and plenty of other surprises for holiday enthusiasts.

“I’m so blessed to bring this ensemble of wonderful community people together every year,” says Dantzig. “Each performer brings their own magic to an evening that’s truly dear to my heart. I’m a holiday kind of girl, and I’m thrilled more people can experience this beautiful night of song and spirit now that we’re back in the glorious Orpheum.”
