Sunday, July 6th & Saturday, July 12th; 10-11:30 am
Join Beth Rennig for a 90-minute Forest Bathing experience designed to gently guide you into a deeper connection with nature. Through mindful movement and sensory awareness, this intentional walk invites you to slow down, quiet the mind, and embrace the restorative power of the forest. The experience concludes with a peaceful forest tea ceremony.
This is a contemplative, meditative walk—perfect for anyone seeking a calm, meaningful way to spend time outdoors. No prior experience with meditation or mindfulness is needed; just bring an open heart and dress in layers suited to the weather. Forest Bathing is a year-round practice, and every season offers its own unique gifts.
