Storybrook Hollow

Originally known as the Stone Tower, this beloved landmark has been part of the local community since the 1950s. Crafted by hand from local stone, the castle features centuries-old hand-hewn wooden beams, vaulted ceilings, and a stunning 20-foot stone fireplace that serves as the centerpiece of the great hall.

This unique venue also includes a charming stone tavern, home to our NYS farm brewery, where we produce small-batch artisan beers and ciders using the finest Hudson Valley ingredients. Throughout the year, the castle hosts a variety of holiday-themed experiences and is available for weddings, showers, birthdays, and other special events.
