Since 1921, Baumann's Brookside Resort has been the perfect destination for all-inclusive family vacations in the heart of the Northern Catskills. Looking for off-site adventures? Take advantage of discounted weekly trips to Zoom Flume Water Park or fall apple picking at Boehm’s Farm. After a full day, savor three home-cooked meals daily, served family-style, featuring delicious comfort food that brings everyone together.

The season runs from Memorial Day through Labor Day. In the spring, guests can enjoy two-night weekend stays. During school breaks, the schedule expands to three-night weekends from Friday through Monday, featuring a full lineup of meals, activities, and family-friendly fun.
