Reconnect with nature through the calming practice of Forest Bathing, inspired by the Japanese tradition of shinrin-yoku. This gentle, mindful experience invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and engage your senses while surrounded by the natural beauty of the trees. Led by Beth Lewis Rennig, this 90-minute guided walk on the MTHS grounds offers a peaceful way to reduce stress and support overall well-being for both adults and children.
