Stretch, strengthen, and support your body with outdoor yoga designed for gardeners. Led by Pamela Martin and rotating local instructors, this all-levels class focuses on movements that help prevent strain and improve mobility for gardening and yard work. Bring a mat, water, sunscreen, bug spray and wear comfortable clothes you can move in.
Come early to get your hands in the soil and join our garden volunteer crew!
In case of rain, yoga will move indoors to the Education Center.
