In winter, identifying trees becomes easier once you know what to look for. This hands-on workshop explores how to recognize native tree species in the leafless season by studying buds, fruit, needles, and bark. Dress warmly, wear sturdy shoes, and bring a notebook and camera.
Led by ISA-certified arborist and visual artist Dylan Walsh, a tree climbing expert with over a decade of experience caring for trees throughout the Hudson Valley and beyond.
Cost of Admission: Members free; non-members $10 suggested donation.
