A sparkling Windham tradition returns on Saturday, December 6th 5-7 pm! Join us for an evening of holiday cheer with our Parade of Lights — hosted by the Windham Hose Company — followed by the Tree Lighting and Holiday Celebration at the Centre Church.
Parade of Lights (5:00 PM): Begins on Mitchell Hollow Road, travels west along Main Street (Route 23), and ends at the school. Want to enter a decorated car, truck, trailer, or float? Email windhamfire@yahoo.com to register.
Santa’s Arrival & Tree Lighting (5:30 PM): Santa arrives to help light the town tree, then heads inside for free kids’ crafts, small gifts, and balloon twisting.
Music & Merriment: Enjoy carols from the WAJ Chorus and tunes from our event DJ while lights twinkle and cocoa steams.
Toys for Tots Drive: Bring an unwrapped toy on Saturday, December 6, and drop it off inside the Centre Church.
Free Treats: Hot chocolate, hot dogs, brownies, and popcorn provided by the Windham Hose Co., PBA, and Hensonville Hose Co. (donations welcome).
Celebrate the season with light, laughter, and community spirit — a fun and FREE family event for all ages!
