Join us beneath the magical canopy of Maple Lane for a summer evening that celebrates the land, its flavors, and the creativity it inspires. Our farmers hand-harvest the season’s finest, our chefs reimagine it, and our special guest, Gardenheir, brings it all to life.
The day begins on our farm, where you’ll forage a peak-season ingredient alongside our culinary team—one that will shape the evening’s menu. As twilight falls, sip seasonal cocktails from Great Jones Distilling Co. and gather at a beautifully styled table inspired by the ingredients you helped pick.
Watch as our chefs transform wild greens into a refined, multi-course feast—a sensorial experience of texture, taste, and design that honors the vibrant spirit of the Hudson Valley.
