Specialty pies from Forno Rosso will be fueling the crowd, wood-fired and worth every bite. And anchoring it all is the release of the Oyster Days Oyster Stout, a West Kill limited brew you simply can't get anywhere else.
But the festival goes well beyond beer and oysters. Thorn Tattoo is bringing their flash designs — collaboratively crafted with the West Kill crew — for on-the-spot ink, and custom chain stitching adds one more reason to stick around until sunset. Live music, a raffle, and the kind of easy mountain energy that makes it worth the drive or work a stay at any of the local lodges.
