Known as Upillitathy in Malayalam, the language of Kerala, South India, this technique involves fermenting vegetables in salt, a traditional practice that instills confidence in the natural curing power of salt. Delve into the historical Ayurvedic uses of ginger and turmeric, and learn how to incorporate these beneficial ingredients into your modern lifestyle.

Led by Suresh Pillai, a culinary expert steeped in the traditions of his hometown in Kerala, South India, this workshop presented by Atina Foods promises an immersive experience.
