Join us for a morning of fishing, fun, and family at the Ray Brooks Memorial Youth Fishing Derby! Open to kids ages 5–15, this beloved Greene County tradition returns to the beautiful shores of Historic Catskill Point on the Hudson River.
Free bait, free food, and big smiles — all you need to bring is your fishing gear and your excitement. Prizes will be awarded for the biggest, smallest, and most fish caught, so every young angler has a shot at glory.
Registration opens at 9am | Fishing from 10am–1pm Kids must be accompanied by an adult.
Presented by the Greene County Federation of Sportsmen and sponsored by the Great Northern Catskills of Greene County.

The Historic Catskill Point is a waterfront park and event venue in Catskill, NY. It features two 19th-century buildings and a 9,000 square foot warehouse. The venue offers stunning views of the Hudson River and Catskill Creek.
