Piaule End-of-summer beer dinner with Return Brewing
The Piaule culinary team is once again joining forces with Return Brewing for a special dinner on Sunday, September 21st. To celebrate the close of summer, Piaule’s own Nicholas Kohan has created a four-course tasting menu designed to pair seamlessly with four signature beers from local favorite Return Brewing—each thoughtfully incorporated into the preparation of the dishes themselves.
Guests will also be welcomed with a drink and guided through the evening with insights from both the chef and the brewmaster. This prix fixe experience features five beers in total and is priced at $110 per person, inclusive of gratuity. See the attached menu.
