Paul Spring, a songwriter based in New York City by way of Saint Cloud, MN, has released four albums over the past three years, weaving together elements of folk, minimal electronics, and pop. From the “hidden pop gem” (Thunderhead, 2022) to the genre-blurring Always Almost Home (2023), Spring’s work has drawn praise for its inventive range. His 2024 release River Flows Two Ways was called “a singular fresh offering” by Aquarium Drunkard, and his latest album Kind of Heaven—featuring Nick Hakim on piano—was recorded live in just two days with producer and drummer Jon Nellen (Big Thief, Elucid). In support of River Flows Two Ways, Spring canoed 150 miles down the Hudson, performing seven concerts along the way, including one at The Avalon Lounge in Catskill.

Ailíse is an Irish folk musician from the west of Ireland now based in the Catskill Mountains, whose haunting melodies, atmospheric production, and heartfelt lyrics evoke a deep connection to ancestral tradition. Her work bridges the past and present, offering listeners an immersive and emotionally resonant journey through the spirit of Irish music.

Jon Nellen is a Brooklyn-based artist and producer who draws from a background in percussion and classical Indian music. His 2022 debut solo album Sequential Garden (No Content Records) showcases his exploration of layered, meditative soundscapes.
