Grand Opening of Tannersville Lake Park
Celebrate the Grand Opening of Tannersville Lake Park on Saturday, August 16, and Sunday, August 17, with a weekend full of family fun, live entertainment, and outdoor activities. Festivities kick off Saturday at 10 a.m. with vendors, free food and beverages, K9 demonstrations, and a fishing derby (11 a.m.–1 p.m.) featuring a first-place prize of four bicycles. Enjoy live music by Sonny Rock & The Torpedos from 4 p.m. to dusk, followed by a spectacular fireworks display. Sunday’s schedule runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. with food by Kosher K and face painting. Both days feature bounce house rides, a water slide, a bounce obstacle course, walking, hiking, fishing, and activities with Earth Day Group.
