Additionally, delve into the realm of Garlic Scape Dust, a savory seasoning imbued with umami richness and a hint of saltiness, perfect for enhancing any dish.

Under the expert guidance of Carrie Dashow and Suresh Pillai from Atina Foods, you'll embark on a hands-on journey to create these culinary delights. Following the workshop, savor your creations alongside a delicious meal, and take home your project jars along with comprehensive instructions for fermenting and finishing them to perfection.
