Catskill Spring Rush Triathlon & Sprint 5K
The Catskill High School Business Club has partnered with local organizations, businesses, parents, and friends to present the 21st Annual Spring Rush on Saturday, May 30, 2026!
This school-based initiative gives students valuable hands-on experience in leadership and management by empowering them to organize and operate this school-sponsored event. Thanks to the dedication of students, faculty, community members, and sponsors, this event has continued to grow into a lasting Catskill tradition.
Music, food & drinks to all who attend. So come on out and conquer the rush!
The Rush Route:
I. 5K Run/Walk
The first leg begins in front of the middle school and winds through historic Catskill along a residential route.
II. 10-Mile Bike
The bike portion starts at the school waterfront and follows scenic, winding roads along Catskill Creek, over rolling hills, to a turnaround point and back.
III. Kayak or Canoe
The final leg begins at the school waterfront and follows the creek to the Point and back, with a Rush boat managing the turn.
