Every August, we gather to celebrate Rakshabandhan (or Rakhi), a festival honoring brotherhood and sacred connection. It’s a time for self-reflection—strengthening the virtues we value most, and releasing what no longer serves our journey toward becoming our highest self.

This year’s celebration begins with an uplifting talk by Charlie Hogg on “The Bond of Love That Frees the Heart.” We’ll then move into an experiential Rakhi ceremony with soft music and moments for personal reflection, concluding the afternoon with a shared dinner. Each participant will receive a rakhi—a symbolic bracelet representing the bond of love from the Divine. This sacred thread is a reminder that we are protected, cherished, and empowered to live with strength, freedom, and light.

Rakshabandhan is more than a single day—it’s an experience that leaves us with renewed clarity and enduring inspiration to live each day as our highest self.
