A unique dining experience. Reservations required by email only. Chef/Grower Damon Baehrel works completely alone in the restaurant, preparing and serving dozens of varieties of his own homemade aged cheeses, cured meats, flours, vinegars, pressed oils, butters and breads on premise. He hand prepares and serves every course of his daily changing multi-course Tasting Menu, which takes about 4 hours to experience, and is the only dining format offered. Damon also serves as the wine specialist and enjoys offering many handcrafted older vintages that are part of his collection.
