Pop-up performances of the play “What the Constitution Means to Me” throughout New York this October!
Constitution is a play by Heidi Schreck, directed by Caitlin McColl, featuring Molly Gaebe, John Remington, Avery Kashman, Isadora Konnoff, and Laila Monsen.
Through a speech competition and the reflections that follow, Constitution explores what it means to be a woman and the contradictions of gender-based discrimination within the U.S. judicial system. The New York Times described it as “a tragedy told as a comedy,” calling it a work of protest, persuasion, and meaningful change.
