Luke Sarrantonio is a mycologist, educator, and founder of Mycophilic who has spent more than 13 years developing mushroom education programs, community projects, and the annual For the Love of Fungi festival. He also co-leads Eat Flowers Farm in Accord, NY, serves as co-president of the Mid Hudson Mycological Association, and is dedicated to making mycology accessible to everyone.
