Catskill Mountain Redneck Festival

This annual event just keeps getting bigger and better with every year! There are so many different things to do and see, this surely isn’t an event you want to miss!

Smoked BBQ Competition - get your team set with the best recipe you have and get to cookin'. We have 4 categories: Chicken, Pork Ribs, Pork, and Brisket or Beef. You'll be judged on presentation, taste, texture, and tenderness. Check out our facebook event for more information!

Redneck Olympics - Be sure to wear your hillbilly best and enjoy some of our games like toilet ring toss, potato sack races, tire roll, and more! 

Tractor Show - tractors of all shapes, sizes, makes, models, and various states of (dis)repair will be on display! Completely free and open to the public. If youve got a cool tractor you want to display, reach out to our office for more information. 

Back the Red and Blue Run & Fundraiser - An annual tradition to support the East Durham Volunteer Fire Department. We start with a scenic bike run through the Catskill mountains and benefit BBQ following - $25 donation - all proceeds to benefit the East Durham Volunteer Fire Department - more information about the run and benefit BBQ can be found on the Back the Red and Blue Fundraiser event page!

As always, there will be live music throughout the day, and tons of cool prizes!!
