Join us for a guided nature walk and workshop exploring seasonal wild edible plants and fungi. Learn foraging basics, sustainable harvesting practices, and how to prepare and enjoy your finds. In mid-August, blackberries, elderberries, milkweed pods, and purslane are at their peak. We’ll explore meadow and woodland habitats, identify edible and medicinal plants and their look-alikes, then return to camp to sample some of what we’ve gathered.
