Hunter Mountain Resort

Hunter Mountain is considered a four-season destination in the Great Northern Catskills, offering adventure year-round for visitors of all ages and skill levels. Home to 320 skiable acres, a 1,600-foot vertical drop, and snowmaking on 100% of the mountain, it’s renowned as the “Snowmaking Capital of the World.” Recent enhancements include nine new trails and a new high-speed six-person chairlift, making it easier than ever to explore the mountain.

Winter visitors can enjoy downhill skiing, snowboarding, snow tubing, and award-winning ski and ride schools. While summer brings Scenic Skyride Rides to the 3,200-foot summit & the Hunter Mountain Fire Tower, off-road adventures, hiking and popular seasonal festivals celebrating music, food, and the outdoors.

Hunter Mountain is also an exceptional venue for destination weddings, meetings, conferences, and group retreats, combining breathtaking mountain views with year-round recreation and flexible event spaces. LEARN MORE
