Join Pat Argoff, RN and Herbalist, for Everyday Herbal First Aid, a hands-on workshop exploring practical herbal remedies for common concerns like cuts, scrapes, minor burns, and bites. Learn about salves, poultices, compresses, teas, tinctures, and safety considerations while discovering how to choose the right preparation. Participants will create a salve to take home. Sunday, August 9 9–11 AM $100 per person All herbs and materials included.

Herbalist Pat Argoff will share herbs that promote calm and focus, while RYT 200 and meditation instructor Heather Sillins leads gentle movement and a restorative meditation. Organic tea and essential oil aromatherapy are provided. Wear comfortable clothing—all are welcome.
