YMCA Sound Bath & Restorative Yoga Class

Join the Greene County YMCA for a Soundbath and Restorative Yoga Class, a gentle, floor based wellness experience that pairs restorative yoga with the calming resonance of a sound bath. Designed to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being, it’s a peaceful way to slow down and recharge in the heart of the Great Northern Catskills.

The class costs $35 for YMCA members and $65 for non-members. To register, scan the QR code on the event flyer or visit cdymca.org.
