Join Laura Chávez Silverman of The Outside Institute for a hands-on workshop exploring how to craft botanical cocktails and spirit-free drinks using foraged ingredients. Learn foraging, preservation, and mixology techniques while creating seasonal beverages with tinctures, bitters, ferments, infusions, and more.

Light snacks inspired by seasonal flavors will be served. Space is limited and advance registration is required. Registration is $125 per person.

Laura Chávez Silverman is a writer and founding naturalist of The Outside Institute, a Western Catskills-based organization that connects people with nature through guided walks, sustainable foraging, wildcrafting workshops, and regional field guides.
