Celebrate summer the Bavarian way at the Round Top Bavarian Summer Fest at Riedlbauer’s Resort !

Join us June 20–21, 2026 at Nussy’s Bier Garten for a lively weekend filled with authentic German music, dancing, delicious food, and world-class beer in the heart of the Great Northern Catskills.

Saturday kicks off with Alpine Squeeze from 3–7 PM, followed by Die SchlauBergers from 7–11 PM.

On Sunday, keep the celebration going from 3–7 PM with Bud and Linda Gramer. With free admission and free parking, this family-friendly festival is the perfect way to enjoy festive Bavarian traditions, great company, and a true biergarten atmosphere all weekend long.

Forest Farm Tour with the NFFC!

Join us for a tour of Wild Hudson Valley’s forest farm and explore mushroom cultivation, woods-grown botanicals, and wild-simulated ginseng plantings. Learn foraging basics and sustainable harvesting as you search for ripening wild grapes, blackberries, nuts, sumac, and forest botanicals. Forest Farming Intensive

Designed for both beginners and experienced land stewards, this workshop will help you assess a property’s forest farming potential and put your ideas into practice. Saturday focuses on mushroom cultivation, including a farm tour, wild mushroom identification, sustainable foraging, log inoculation, and growing mushrooms on logs and wood chips. Each participant will take home an inoculated shiitake log. Sunday explores forest-grown plants, with visits to woods-grown beds and a ginseng garden. Learn about edible and medicinal species, forest farming techniques, and sustainable stewardship, then participate in a hands-on planting of forest botanicals like ginseng, ramps, and goldenseal. 10:30 AM – 2:30 PM on both days
