Outdoor Mushroom Farming Series – Part 1 at Cornell’s Agroforestry Resource Center

Join Cornell Cooperative Extension for a hands‑on introduction to outdoor mushroom cultivation in the Great Northern Catskills. Learn the basics of growing shiitake and other mushroom species using simple materials and techniques. Participants will inoculate their own shiitake log to take home, making this workshop a great first step toward small‑scale mushroom production.
