Celebrate Irish and Irish American culture at the 49th Annual East Durham Irish Festival, returning to East Durham over Memorial Day Weekend in 2027. One of the longest-running Irish festivals in the United States, this beloved Catskills tradition brings thousands of visitors together for a weekend filled with live Irish music, traditional dance, cultural performances, food, and family-friendly fun. The festival features multiple stages with live performances throughout the weekend, along with the opening of the historic Donegal Cottage at the Michael J. Quill Irish Cultural & Sports Centre. From traditional Irish music and dance to lively pipes and drums, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. 2027 dates, performance schedule, ticket information, and additional details will be announced as they become available. On September 26 at 7:00 PM, the stage at the MJQ Irish Cultural Center comes alive with two powerhouse tribute bands, bringing the spirit of Texas blues and Southern rock to the Catskills.
