Standing Together for Our Veterans
The Columbia & Greene County Veteran Stand Down returns on May 2 @ The Historic Catskill Point, bringing vital services and support to those who have served our country. This collaborative effort between the Greene and Columbia Veteran Service Agencies and the Albany VA Medical Center is dedicated to connecting veterans with essential resources in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Open to all veterans, the event will feature free pancake breakfast and lunch, medical screenings, personal care items, clothing, haircuts, veteran benefits assistance, employment and housing support, and more. The Stand Down serves as a one-stop opportunity for veterans to access critical services while connecting with fellow service members and community partners.
