Active Audience
In partnership with Bridge Street Theatre, CREATE IN PROCESS - an informal artist-centered meetup series - brings performing artists together to connect, collaborate, and explore the creative process. These gatherings encourage participants to share work, exchange ideas, and build community.
Active Audience offers a supportive, feedback-focused space to present works-in-progress. Pieces do not need to be original; just something you'd like constructive input on. Five performer slots are available, each with up to four minutes of stage time, followed by a brief Q&A and audience feedback. We look forward to seeing and discussing what you've been creating and rehearsing.
Whether you're preparing for an audition or performance, returning to the stage after some time away, or stepping into the spotlight for the first time, you're invited to participate.
All gatherings are free and open to the public. People of all ages, backgrounds, disciplines, and experience levels are welcome to present, respond, or simply listen.
