Subversive Malting + Brewing is a true farmhouse brewery crafting beers at the foot of the Catskill Mountains.

We source all of our ingredients locally, brew exclusively with our own floor-malted grains, and draw inspiration from the seasonal bounty that surrounds us in the Hudson Valley. Farm-to-table smash burgers, sandwiches, salads, soup, sides, and kids menu.
