There's a whole lot more than movies on tap at the Greenville Drive-In this year.
"We are excited to be opening our new Projectionists Club," said drive-in co-operator Dwight Grimm. "Our garden is based on the traditional biergarten (an outdoor garden area where beer and other beverages are served). Aptly named The Projectionists Club, it will feature locally produced beer, wine and spirits, plenty of outdoor seating and a stage for live music."
"We are members of Taste NY and are thrilled to be predominantly featuring local products for our customers, " Leigh Van Swall explained. "In addition to traditional movie fair, we offer a variety of goodies from neighboring farms and area mom-and-pop producers. Whether it's our smash jacket potatoes from Barber's or our ice cream sandwiches from 2 Twisted Ladies in Greenville, supporting local businesses and helping introduce those businesses to our growing audience is every bit as important as showing quality films."
