This July 4th, commemorate the adoption of the Declaration of Independence - which took place on this day over 240 years ago – in the Catskills. For three days, Greene County offers non-stop 4th of July of fun, including Main Street festivals with kids' activities and vendors, live music, parades and mini horses.

Tannersville 4th of July Fireworks Celebration - 3:00PM - 11:00PM
- Parade on Main Street, 3:00 PM
- Free live music by HTC High School Band, and Whickey Cross Band, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Fireworks at dusk at the Colonial Country Club
