The Rose Resort & Event Center

The Rose Resort and Event Center is located just outside of beautiful East Durham, known as the Emerald Isle of the Catskills. Our central location offers something for everyone – including dining, hiking, antiquing, biking and kids' activities. We're a short drive to Zoom Flume water park for summer fun and near Windham Mountain for skiing and snow tubing in the winter.

We are open year-round and have 7 standard motel rooms and 8 one-bedroom suites with full size kitchens and separate living rooms. Guests have access to our pool, barbecue grills and fire pit during the summer season. Our grounds offer patio seating with umbrellas and traditional picnic tables, as well as a swing set and outdoor games for the kids. We provide free Wi-Fi and EV charging stations for our guests.
