Via Ravioli's One Year Birthday Celebration
Via Ravioli is a small, family owned business in Coxsackie. We make fresh ravioli from scratch using an Italian pasta machine. Many of our ravioli are made in collaboration with local Hudson Valley Farms.
In March we'll celebrate the one year anniversary of opening our shop in Coxsackie. This spring we're excited to start selling our ravioli, sauces and tiramisu at farmers markets in Troy, Schenectady, Rhinebeck and Hudson. And next month we will start making tortellini on a vintage two-punch Italian machine.
To celebrate our one year anniversary we're hosting a party on Saturday March 22nd from 3pm to 6pm at our shop in Coxsackie. We'll be serving up free samples of our ravioli, fresh pasta, tiramisu and cannoli during the party.
